The argument

Gym friends > app friends.

Strava is for randos who liked your post. Hevy is a spreadsheet that doesn't talk back. Your group chat already roasts the bench warriors and hypes the leg-day guys — Lifts is that, with weights attached.

People train harder when their friends are watching. We built the place for that and nothing else.

What's in the box

Everything you'd expect.
Nothing you wouldn't.

01

Workout logger.

Autocomplete on every set, rest timer built in. Hevy-fast — no menus.

02

Group-only feed.

Your crew's lifts show up. Random influencers don't.

03

Auto PR detection.

Beat 225 for the first time? The chat lights up. Stamped on your card.

04

Muscle heatmap.

Visual receipt of what you trained. A volume score for each muscle.

05

Group leaderboards.

Top bench this week. #1 in legs. Earned, not given.

06

Auto-stop sessions.

Walk out of the gym and the workout closes. No fake 4-hour sessions.

07

Per-lift charts.

Watch your bench creep over 12 weeks. No spreadsheet.

08

Native app on the way.

iOS and Android apps are launching soon. Use the web version today.

How it works

Four steps. Five minutes.

  1. that's it
    01

    Sign up with email.

30 seconds. No phone, no card, no “tell us your goals.”

  2. bring the boys
    02

    Join your group.

Pick it from the list — or invite-code your first 5 friends and roll your own.

  3. 60 sec, real
    03

    Log your lifts.

60 seconds per session. The autocomplete remembers what you did last week.

  4. finally
    04

Stop checking Instagram for gym content.

Your feed is the chapter. The PRs are real. The accounts are people you know.

Questions

Six things people ask.

  • Is this free?
Yeah — free forever for the core app. Premium features are coming later, but the basics stay free. No upsells, no Pro tier locking off the things that matter.
  • Is my data private?
Group-only by default. Nobody outside your group sees your lifts, your name, or your PRs. Settings let you go fully private (just you can see it) if you want it that way.
  • Why private groups?
Because we lift together IRL. Strava is randos who liked your post. Hevy is a spreadsheet. We wanted somewhere that knows the difference between your actual crew and 500 strangers, so we built it.
  • Can any group use it?
Yeah. We're starting with one fraternity chapter, but the app is built for any private group — gym crews, lifting partners, dance teams, sports clubs. If the people in it lift together IRL, it works.
  • How do I get my group on Lifts?
DM @317.kalyan or @nooceracoon instagram or hit the wait list and we'll get your group set up ourselves. Takes about 10 minutes.
  • Is there a native app?
iOS and Android apps are in the works and dropping soon. For now, the web version installs to your home screen and works offline — same logger, same feed, same speed.
